Kathleen Concannon (nee Reilly) Bridge Street, Headford, in her 98th year, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family.

Deeply regretted by her daughters Mary and Anne, sons Seamus, Pat and David, daughters-in-law Detta and Anne, son-in-law John, grandchildren Elaine, Brian, Louise, Ruth, Orla, James, Emma and Laura, great-grandchildren, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends. Kathleen is predeceased by her beloved husband Jim and her children Ger, Aiden and baby Dolores.

Reposing at Carey's Funeral Home, Headford (Walk-through sympathising) on Friday evening from 5 o'clock with removal at 7 o'clock to St. Mary's Church, Headford. JOHN HUGHES, BALLINA

John (Johnny) Hughes, Newtown, Cloghan's, Ballina. Peacefully at his residence.

Predeceased by his parents Joe and Mai, brother Liam and his daughter-in-law Susan.

Deeply regretted and dearly missed by his loving wife Josephine, sons John, Brendan, Francis and Gerard, daughters-in-law Kay and Jane, grandchildren Shane, Brian, Damien, Ruarí, Megan, Erin, Emma, Hannah, Aaron and Grace, great-grandchildren, brother Joe, sister Phyllis Breslin, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at McGowan's Funeral home, Ballina on Friday evening from 5.30 p.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral cortege will leave his residence on Saturday morning at 11.45 a.m. to arrive at St. Teresa's Church, Rathduff for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 p.m. with burial afterwards to Cloghans cemetery, Knockmore. Funeral home is walk through only, face coverings must be worn at all times and no sympathising by hand shaking please.

STEVEN WALSH, CASTLEBAR

Steven Walsh, Ashbrook, Turlough Road, Castlebar.

Predeceased by his mother Maureen Walsh.

Deeply regretted by his heartbroken family, father Owen, sister Rebecca, brother-in-law David, nieces Aimee, Niamh and Grace, nephews Ciaran and Leo, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, neighbours and many great friends.

Reposing at Coady’s Funeral Home on Monday from 5.30 p.m. to 7 p.m. with removal on Tuesday morning from Coady’s Funeral Home at 11 a.m. for Funeral Mass at 11.30 a.m. in the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar followed afterwards by Cremation Ceremony at 4 p.m., in Shannon Crematorium.

MARGARET FITZGIBBON, CASTLEBAR

The death has occurred of Margaret Fitzgibbon, nee Ludden, Cloggernagh West, Islandeady, Castlebar and formerly of The Lawn, Castlebar, suddenly, at her home on March 23, 2022.

Dearly loved wife of the late Pat, formerly of Milford, Co. Cork and loving sister of Bernie Ludden (Westport). Predeceased by her brothers Pat, Denis, Peter, Frank, Mike, Tommie, Jack and sisters Bridgie Guthrie and Mary Richardson.

She will be sadly missed by her loving daughters Sharon (Islandeady) and Louise (London), her adored grandaughter Molly, brother, sisters - in - law Ann and Sr. Nora, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Margaret will repose in the home of her daughter Sharon in Islandeady (F23 AD65) on Saturday 26th March from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Removal on Sunday morning at 11a.m. to arrive at the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Afterwards Margaret will be laid to rest with her beloved Pat in Islandeady cemetery. MICHAEL O'GRADY, KILMOVEE

Michael (Mick) O'Grady, Berkeley Road, Dublin 7 and formerly of Co. Leitrim (Ballinaglera) and Kilmovee, March 22, 2022 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at the Mater Hospital.

Dear son of the late Michael and Elizabeth and brother of the late Anne. Sadly missed by his loving sister Marion, brother Peter, sister-in-law Phyllis, brother-in-law David, nephews Michael, Dermot, Peter and Ralph, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Lucan on Friday, March 25 between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Removal to Dardistown Crematorium, Collinstown Cross, Old Airport Road, Dublin, on Saturday March 26 arriving for funeral prayers at 2 p.m.

SEAMUS GLYNN, CLAREMORRIS

Seamus Glynn, Towerhill, Ballyglass, Claremorris. Peacefully at Mayo University Hospital.

Predeceased by his wife Kathleen (nee Killeen), sister Mary Ann (Coughlan), infant son Mark. Deeply regretted by his son Declan, brother Peter, daughter-in-law Paula, grandchildren Rowen, Jake and Kasey, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Carnacon Community Centre on Thursday evening from 7 o'clock until 8 o'clock. Removal on Friday morning to St. Mary's Church Carnacon for funeral mass at 12 o'clock. Burial afterwards in Burriscarra cemetery.

ELLEN MELLETT, HOLLYMOUNT

Ellen (Nellie) Mellett (née Flynn), Carrowkeel, Hollymount, died peacefully at her home in her 101st year surrounded by her daughter Marie (Sheridan) Lisgorman, Dromahair and sons Brendan and Eugene.

Predeceased by her parents John and Mary, her husband David, son Michael (Mickey), sisters Sarah (Burke) and Mai (Quinn) and brothers Peter, Mattie and John. She will be sadly missed by her brother Mick, son-in- law and daughters-in-law, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nephew and nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Nellie will repose at Roundfort Community Funeral Home on Friday, from 5.30 p.m. with removal at 7 p.m. to The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Roundfort. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11 a.m. with burial afterwards in Roundfort Cemetery, Hollymount. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to The Irish Red Cross in aid of Ukraine.
