JACK BROGAN, BALLINA

Jack Brogan, Cheltenham, England and formerly Massbrook, Bofeenaun, Ballina. Deeply mourned by his sisters Mary (Worcester), Ann (Cheltenham) and Agnes (Victoria Australia), brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Funeral arriving at St. Mary's Church, Bofeenaun, on Friday evening at 8 pm. Requiem mass on Saturday at 12 o'clock and burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Funeral will be live streamed on www.churchtv.ie/bofeenaun.

MARIE JOYCE, FOXFORD

The death has occurred of Marie Joyce (née Beatty), Dispensary Road, Foxford and formerly of Claddagh, Galway peacefully, in the loving care of the staff of Blackrocks Nursing Home, Foxford.

Marie, beloved wife of Tommie and recently predeceased by him on April 14. Adored mother of Maeve, Peadar, Brian and predeceased by her son Stephen, her brothers Seán, Paddy, Marty and her sister Brigid. She will be dearly missed by her sisters in law Eleanor McGuinness and Phil Joyce and by her son-in-law Mick Crehan, her daughters-in-law Kathleen, Edel and Angela as well as her grandchildren Sarah, Ronan, Thomas, Emma, Leah, Daniel, Dylan, Darragh, Clodagh, Matthew, great-grandchildren Evalyn and Arthur, her nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Marie will repose in Clarke’s Funeral Home, Foxford on Friday evening from 5 p.m. with removal at 7 p.m. to St. Michael’s Church, Foxford.

Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11 a.m. with the funeral proceeding to Craggagh Cemetery via Providence Road.

FR. JOHN MCCARTHY, KNOCK

Fr. John McCarthy, No 74, Cahermore, Meadows, Knock, and formerly of Rannagh, Liscannor, Co. Clare. Retired parish Priest, Roundstone, Co. Galway.

Deeply regretted by his nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, his many parishioners and wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Cullinan's Funeral Home, Ennistymon, Co. Clare, on Thursday from 6 p.m. with funeral prayers at 7.30 p.m.. Arriving at St. Brigid's Church, Liscannor, Co. Clare, on Friday for funeral Mass at 12 noon, followed by burial in St. Brigid's Well Cemetery.

MARGARET GAUGHAN, ATTYMASS

The death has occurred of Margaret (Maggie) Gaughan (née Munnelly), Kilgellia, Attymass, and late of Ballycong, Attymass, Ballina peacefully at Sonas Nursing Home, Riverview, Ballina.

Maggie, predeceased by her husband Tom and her sister and brother in-law Mae and Mick Hannon (Attymachugh).

Maggie will be dearly missed by her loving family Joe, Ann and Sean her grandchildren Laoisha, Edel, Allana, Megan, Joseph, Abigail, Nadine and Dillon, her seven great-grandchildren, son-in-law Martin, daughter in-law Louise, nephew Michael and niece Caroline, relatives neighbours and many friends.

Maggie will repose in the Fr. Peyton Centre, Attymass, on Thursday evening from 5.30 p.m. with removal at 7.30 p.m. to The Church of the Immaculate Conception and St. Joseph, Attymass, arriving at 8pm.

Funeral Mass for Maggie will be celebrated on Friday at 11 a.m. with the funeral proceeding to Old Killeen Cemetery.
