New Mayo university to outline future plans to councillors

A meeting of the Castlebar Municipal District is scheduled to take place at the local campus of the new Atlantic Technological University.

Local councillors had requested a meeting with the university to hear about their plans for its Mayo facility.

ATU suggested a meeting on campus in October.

There has been much comment locally over the lack of information in regard to investment plans for the Castlebar-based facility going forward.
