Green light for new facility at Mayo GAA Club

Plans by Killala GAA Club to develop a new clubhouse at their grounds have been given the green light by Mayo County Council.

It will be constructed at their site at Rathowen East in Killala.

In documents submitted to the council, the club set out how the existing clubhouse is in a poor state of repair as the club were not in a position to acquire additional lands to facilitate a new building until recently.
