Tommie Dunleavy, Fulham, London and formerly of Toughnane, Bohola. Peacefully in the care of Kew House Nursing Home, Wimbledon.

Predeceased by his parents John and Maggie, brother Jackie and nephew Brian. Deeply regretted by his sister Mary Mangan (New York) and nieces and nephews

Funeral service takes place at Enfield Crematorium, South Chapel, Great Cambridge Road, Enfield, London, EN1 4DS. at 2.30 on September 8.

ANDREW MALONEY, CARRAS

Andrew (Andy) Maloney, Fort Myers, Florida and formerly of Cleveland, Ohio and Carras, in the care of Hope Hospice, Florida, on Monday, June 27, 2022 in his 84th year.

Predeceased by his wife Martha (née Burke), and his parents Winifred and Sonny (Patrick) Maloney. Deeply regretted by his brother John and his sister Nora Slattery, his nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, his dear friend Betty Brough, relatives and friends.

Funeral Mass will take place in Saint Joseph's Church, Carras, on Saturday at 12 noon followed by burial at Taugheen Cemetery, Claremorris,

KATHLEEN ARMSTRONG, BALLINA

Kathleen Armstrong (née Madden), Rehins, Ballina. Peacefully at the Mayo University Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Alphon, parents Patrick and Mary, brothers Joseph, Paddy, John and Michael and her sister Ann. Kathleen is deeply regretted and dearly missed by her loving daughters and sons, Maura Reynolds (Longford/Ballina), Gráinne, Kathy Ryan, Eamonn, Kenneth, Siobhán and Sinéad Gilna (Meath), sister Mary Durkan (Derrynamuck, Corroy), sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Kathleen will repose at McGowan's Funeral Home, Ballina on Friday from 5 until 7 p.m. Funeral Cortege will arrive to St. Muredach's Cathedral, Ballina on Saturday morning for Requiem Mass at 11.30 a.m. with burial afterwards to Cloghan's Cemetery, Knockmore.

MARTIN CRONIN, BALLINA

Martin Cronin, Burma Road, Strandhill, Co. Sligo and formerly of Avondale, Sligo and Ballina, passed away surrounded by his loving family under the care of Sligo University Hospital. (Late staff of Sligo I.T.)

Predeceased by his parents John and Winifred and brother Paddy. Devoted husband of Dympna and dedicated father of Ruth (Daniel), Gemma (Liam), Thomas (Siobhan) and Stephen (Andrea). He will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife, daughters, sons, sister Mary, brothers John, Tommy, Dessie and Michael, grandchildren Emily, Anton, Lucas, Greg, Ruairi, Gary, Declan, Jordan, Shannon, Logan and Jayde, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Seán Feehily’s Funeral Home, Cartron Cross, Sligo (F91EH98) on Friday from 5:30 until 7:30 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Saturday in Saint Patrick’s Church, Strandhill, Co. Sligo at 10:30 a.m. Burial follows in Saint Patrick’s Cemetery, Scarden, Strandhill Road, Sligo.

BRIAN DILLON, CHARLESTOWN

Brian Dillon, Freynestown, Dunlavin, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Charlestown, peacefully in the loving care of all at The Lane Ward, Tallaght Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Sadly missed by his loving wife Margaret (Rita), family Marion, Bernard, Kevin, Catherine and Peter, sister Bernadette, sons-in-law Larry and Poraig, daughters-in-law Therese, Cathy and Suzanne, grandchildren, great-grandchild, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his residence on Friday from 2 o’c until 6 o’c. House private thereafter please. Funeral arriving to St. Nicholas of Myra Church, Dunlavin for 7 o’c Friday evening. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 12 noon after which he will be laid to rest in Dunlavin Cemetery.

BERNARD EGAN, CLAREMORRIS

Bernard (Ben) Egan, Claremorris, and formerly of Tymon North, Tallaght and Walkinstown; unexpectedly in the kind care of the staff of Castlebar Hospital.

Beloved son of the late Maureen and Willie, loving dad of Bernard, Alan, Michael, Shauna, Jessica and Abbie and much loved brother of Paul, Florence, Breda, William, Phyllis, Luke, Sandra and the late Marie, Anthony and David. Bernard will be sadly missed by his loving children and their mother Jacinta, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, Shauna’s partner Dean, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, extended family, and friends.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Monday from 11.30 to 1 p.m. only. A Celebration of Bernard’s Life will take place on Monday afternoon at 2 p.m. in the Temple, Newlands Cross followed by Cremation.

MICHAEL JOSEPH RAFTERY, SWINFORD

Michael Joseph Raftery, 15 Oak Drive. Swinford and formerly of Ballincurry, Glinsk and Logcurragh, Swinford. Peacefully at home.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Margaret, daughters Caroline and Margaret, son Michael, brothers Danny, Pat, and Tony, son-in-law Dermot, and extended family.

Reposing in Boland's Funeral Home this Friday from 5 o'clock to 7 o'clock. Funeral will arrive in Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Swinford for Mass at 3 o'clock this Saturday. Burial immediately afterwards in Kilconduff Cemetery, Swinford.
