MARGARET NAUGHTON, CASTLEBAR

Margaret Naughton, Rathbawn, Castlebar, former vice principal, St. Joseph's Secondary School, Castlebar.

She peacefully in the loving care of the staff of Claremount Nursing Home, Claremorris.

Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Mary Ellen and her brother Rev. Fr. Joe Naughton, Redemptorist Fathers.

She is deeply regretted by her sister Eileen Molloy (Galway), nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, former colleagues, neighbours and friends.

Remains reposing at Coady’s Funeral on Monday from 5.30 p.m. with removal at 7.30 p.m. to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar.

Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 11.30 a.m. followed by burial afterwards in Crossboyne Cemetery, Claremorris.

MICHAEL CLARKE, CLARMORRIS

Michael Clarke, Convent Road, Claremorris.

Michael died peacefully at The Sonas Nursing Home, Knock, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents Frank and Nellie, brothers Frank and Billy, and sister Eleanor, he will be forever loved and missed by his wife Una, children Frank, Nuala, Helen, Sheila and David, cherished grandchildren David, Emma Jane, Niamh, Ellie, Vivienne, Nicholas, Saoirse, Mia and Michael, brothers Tom, Fr. Christopher (Carmelite) and John, sister Mary, sons-in-law Donald and Hatteras, daughters-in-law Anne-Marie and Zoe, brothers-in-law Tim, Peter and Jim, sister-in-law Eileen, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Gilligan’s Funeral Home, Market Square, Claremorris, on Monday evening from 5 o’clock to 7 o’clock.

Removal from his home on Tuesday for Funeral Mass at 1 o’clock in St. Colman’s Church, with burial afterwards in St. Colman’s Cemetery, Claremorris.

MARTIN GALLAGHER, GEESALA

Martin Gallagher, Doolough, Geesala, Ballina.

Predeceased by his parents Denny and Bridgie Gallagher, Doolough, Geesala.

He was beloved husband of Cathy (née Farrell) and adored father of Madeleine, Laura, Martin, Amy and Caroline and precious grandfather to Muirne, Féidhlim and Fiach.

He will also be sadly missed by his sisters Mary Frances, Bernie, Ann, Kathleen, Goretti and Geraldine, brother Liam, sons in law Ben and John Francis, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Remains reposing at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet, this evening (Sunday) from 5.30 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Funeral will arrive at St. Colmcille’s Church, Geesala on Monday for Funeral Mass at 12 noon followed by burial in Geesala Cemetery.

MARGARET HEGARTY, BALLYCASTLE

Margaret Hegarty (née Mullarkey), Keerglen, Ballycastle, and formerly of Aclare, Co Sligo.

Predeceased by her husband Pearse and by her brother Paddy and her sister May.

Sadly missed by her lovingsons John, Peter and Michael, daughters Breda, Philippa and Siobhan, much- loved grandchildren, sister Anne, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends, may she rest in peace.

Reposing at Lynn's Funeral Home, Killala, on Monday from 5 p.m. with removal at 7:30 to St. Brigid's Church, Ballycastle for prayers at 8 p.m.

Funeral mass on Tuesday at 1.30 p.m. followed by burial in Ballycastle Cemetery.

SIOBHAÍN TOLAN, BECLARRA

Siobhaín Tolan (née O'Neill), Bridgemount, Belcarra, Castlebar, and formerly of Ballymun, Dublin 11.

Predeceased by her beloved mother Nora, she is deeply loved, sadly missed and always remembered by her loving husband Adrian, adored children, sons Adam and Alex and daughter Zara.

She is also deeply regretted by her father Paddy, sisters Mairead, Jacqui, Geraldine and Helen, brother Patrick, mother and father-in-law, Ann and Sean Tolan, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends and her very close friends.

Reposing at Balla Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m.

Removal on Wednesday from her residence (house private) to St. Anne's Church, Belcarra for Funeral Mass at 12 pm.

Burial afterwards at Guesdian Cemetery.

CAIT GRIFFITH, BALLINDINE

Cait Griffith (née Hoban), Station Road, Ballindine.

Cait died peacefully at the McBride's Community Nursing Unit, Westport.

Predeceased by her husband Laddie Griffith, son Noel and brother Sean Hoban.

Cait will be sadly missed by her daughters Maura, Majella and husband Mike Duignan, Veronica and husband Paddy Kelly, all her grandchildren and great grandchildren, sisters Maura Moore and Eithne Garvey, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Gilligan’s Funeral Home Market Square, Claremorris this evening (Sunday) from 6 p.m. with removal at 8 p.m. to St Joseph's Church, Ballindine.

Funeral Mass on Monday at 12 noon and burial afterwards in Ballindine New Cemetery.

JOHN T. MORAN, CASTLEBAR

John T. Moran, Hollyhill, Castlebar, and late of Ross East, Castlebar.

He died in the care of the wonderful staff of Mayo Hospice, Castlebar, surrounded by his family.

Predeceased by his parents Willie and Nora, niece Tracey Melia and brother-in-law Vincent Browne.

He is deeply regretted by his loving wife Joan, sons Shane and Conor and their mother Bernie, stepson Nathan, daughter-in-law Alyssa, brothers Michael, Bill, Walter and Marty, sisters Mary, Lilly Browne and Patricia Melia, mother-in-law Mary Gannon, brothers-in-law Hughie Melia and Paul Gannon, sisters-in-law Maureen, Mary, Philomena, Mary A, Ann Gannon, Martina Kilcoyne and Maureen Noonan, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Remains reposing at Ballyheane Community Centre this evening (Sunday) from 5.30 p.m. with removal at 7.30 p.m. to his residence.

Removal on Monday from his residence at 10.30 a.m. for Funeral Mass 12 noon in St. Michael’s Church, Crimlin.

John will be laid to rest afterwards in Parke Cemetery.

MARTIN HESSION, CLAREMORRIS

Martin Hession, Kilbeg, Claremorris, and late of St. Colman’s College.

He died peacefully at Mayo Hospice in his 91st year.

Martin will be sadly missed by his loving wife Ena (née O'Dwyer), his daughters Mary O’Donovan, (Ballymoe) Anne (Dublin) Catriona McNally, (Islandeady) Helena (Malaysia), grandchildren Grace, Sarah Kate, Isabelle, Jim, Arwen, Seán, Cian, Niamh and Dylan, sons-in-law James, Cathal (O’Connell) Ger and Columba, sister and brothers, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Requiem Mass takes place today (Sunday) in St. Colman’s Church, Claremorris, at 1 p.m. with burial afterwards in St. Colman’s Cemetery.

MARGARET KELLY, LOUISBURGH

Margaret Kelly (née Flanagan), Kilgeever, Louisburgh.

She died peacefully at her home with her family by her side.

Deeply mourned and sadly missed by her loving husband Paddy, children Vincent (Ballina), Margaret Creaven (Ballinasloe), Peter (Westport), and Brendan (Newbridge), daughters-in-law Deirdre, Siobhan and Jane Eva, son-in-law Paddy, sister Anne (Blackburn), brother John (Preston), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended Kelly and Flanagan families, neighbours, and a wide circle of friends.

Requiem Mass takes place in St. Patrick's Church, Louisburgh, today (Sunday) at 11.30 a.m. followed by interment in Kilgeever Cemetery.

Paschal Mullin, Glencorrib, Shrule.

Predeceased most recently by his beloved wife Mary, he is deeply mourned and sadly missed by his children Annette, Noel, Bernadette and John and their partners Pat, Rosemarie and Valerie, brother Frank, sisters-in-law Kathleen, Mary, Susan, Carmel, Ina and brothers-in-law John, Gerry and Johnny, grandchildren Chloe, Katie, Jared, Conor, Ali, Matthew, David and Leah, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Paschal is predeceased by his parents Michael and May, his brothers Joe and Fr Noel, grandson Andrew and son-in-law Sean.

Removal from his home on Monday morning to arrive at Church of the Immaculate Conception, Glencorrib for Requiem Mass at 12 noon.

Funeral afterwards to Shrule Cemetery.

Margaret Higgins (née Conway), Carrabawn, Swinford.

Loving daughter of the late John and Margaret Conway (nee Bredican), Carrabawn, Swinford, and loving wife of the late Alexander.

She was mother of Alexander and Lisa, grandmother of Kian and Kacie, Alexander and Amelia, sister of Patrick, Maura, John, Thomas, Bernadette, Noel and Eileen.

Also sadly missed by nephews, nieces, family circle and friends.

Reposing in Campbell's Funeral Home, Swinford, on Monday from 5 p.m. until removal to the Church of Our Lady Help of Christians, Swinford, arriving at 7 p.m.

Margaret's Funeral Mass will take place at 12 noon on Tuesday, prior to burial in Kilconduff Cemetery.
