EVELYN GAUGHAN, FOXFORD

The death has occurred peacefully at her residence surrounded by her loving family of Evelyn Gaughan (née Dempsey), Castlebar Road, Foxford.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Martin and son Gerard her brothers Jack and Bernard and recently by her sister Ann. Evelyn will be dearly and sadly missed by her family Marie, Margaret, Noreen and Anne, Pat, Brian, Martin, Michael and Adrian, her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, daughters in-law, sons in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Evelyn will repose at Clarkes Funeral Home, Foxford on Wednesday evening from 5 until 7.30 p.m.

Funeral will arrive to St. Michael's Church, Foxford on Thursday for Funeral Mass at 12 midday with the funeral proceeding afterwards to Craggagh Cemetery.

MARIA CONAGHAN, BALLINA

Maria Conaghan (née Hickey), Laughty, Golf Links Road and formerly of Mount Assumpta, Ballina. Suddenly, at her residence.

Predeceased by her husband Pat and brother Bartholomew. Maria, beloved mother of Catherine, Caroline and Deirdre. Sadly missed by her Daughters, brothers John, Vincent, Gerard, William and Michael, sisters Breda, Pat, Eleanor and Terry, son-in-law James, Deirdre’s partner Kenneth, grandchild Ruby, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, cousins and friends.

Reposing at McGowan's Funeral Home, Ballina, on Tuesday evening from 5 with removal at 6:30 p.m. to St. Muredach's Cathedral, Ballina. Requiem Mass on Wednesday morning at 11:30 a.m. with funeral proceeding to Leigue Cemetery, Ballina.

PAULINE CREIGHTON, KILTIMAGH

Pauline Creighton, Hillgrove, Kiltimagh. Formerly of Main Street. Passed away peacefully in the loving care of Ballinamore House Nursing Home.

Beloved wife of the late John, sister of the late Dorothy and Ena, and loving mother to Ann, Paul, Ruth, Grace, and the late Maria Goretti. Sadly missed by her family, son-in-law Dave, daughter-in-law Patricia, adored grandchildren, Katie, Cara, Gretchen, Jack, and Adam, nephew, nieces, extended family, and friends.

Reposing at her home from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 12 noon in the Church of the Holy Family, Kiltimagh, followed by burial in Kilkinure Cemetery.

EILEEN GARRETT, SWINFORD

Eileen Garrett (née Delaney), Kilkelly Road, Swinford. Peacefully at Mayo University Hospital.

Eileen will be sadly missed by her loving husband Christopher, daughters Mary Fowler (Connemara), Sharon Walker (UK), Christine Nolan (Leitrim), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother, sisters, nephews, nieces, family circle, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Campbell's Funeral Home, Swinford, on Friday from 4.30 p.m. until removal to The Church of Our Lady Help of Christians, arriving at 6.30 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday at 2 p.m. Cremation will take place on Sunday in Shannon Crematorium at 2 p.m.

NORA MALONEY, KILTIMAGH

Nora Maloney (née McNicholas), Leap, Co. Cork, Clapham, London and formerly of Kiltimagh. Peacefully and in the presence of her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband, Michael (2004), brother Pat (Dublin), and sisters Anne (London) and Mary (Mayo). Deeply regretted by her loving family, sons Kieran and John, daughter Maria, daughters-in-law Avril and Amanda, son-in-law Frank, grandchildren James, Tom, Rachel, Hannah and Eva, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Nora will begin her final journey home on Wednesday, November 9. Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, November 10, at 12 noon in St. Mary's Church, Leap. Burial will take place in the adjoining cemetery.

SHANE MURPHY, CHARLESTOWN

The death has occurred peacefully at the North West Hospice Sligo of Shane Murphy, Sandyhill, Charlestown and Curry, Co. Sligo.

Predeceased by his loving mother and father, Bernadette and Martin. Sadly missed, and much loved, by his step-mother Agnes, (St. Attractas Nursing Home Charlestown), brothers Paul and Eugene, sisters Fiona, Agatha, Mary and Stella, sisters-in-law Breda, Francesca and Anna, brothers-in-law Dermot and Simon – godson, nieces, nephews grand-nieces and grand-nephews and his friends, Stephen, James, Alan, Martin and John.

Shane will repose at St. Therese’s Funeral Home, Curry Village, Curry, Co. Sligo on this evening (Tuesday) from 6 to 8 p.m. with removal afterwards to Fiona and Dermot’s house in Rathscanlon, Tubbercurry where he will also repose.

Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Curry at 9:30 a.m. Burial to take place afterwards in Deansgrange Cemetery, Dublin for burial at 2:30 p.m.
