Mayo psychotherapist joins forces with American women’s initiative

ISLANDEADY’S Vivianne Maloney, psychotherapist and course author, is among 45 mental health professionals and coaches who have come together to produce an affordable pack of resources in support of women’s personal development.

This offering, called The Women's Confidence and Career Super Stack, is a complete collection of premium training, tools and resources to help you transform your relationship with yourself and others, build self-esteem and confidence, and allow your finances to improve.

Vivianne’s contribution is her six module e-course called Build Your Self-Esteem & Wellbeing, a holistic offering of psychological tools and skills to help enhance self-worth.

Vivianne tells how this course was first written in 2014 and was initially delivered in Ballinrobe Family Resource Centre to just five people. Since then, Vivianne has toured the country delivering her self-esteem message.

The potential of the course was seen by Westport’s e-learning developers, Anokha Learning, and has since been developed into an online course and is now EPV approved by the Department of Education. It is a regular programme for Irish primary school teachers to enhance their own self-esteem.

This year, director of the initiative, Cary Richards, approached Vivianne to collaborate on the Women’s Confidence and Career Super Stack, bringing Build Your Self-Esteem to an American audience and beyond.
