Catherine (Kitty) Connell, (née Donnellan), Devlis, Ballyhaunis, peacefully at Cairnhill Nursing Home, Bray, Co.Wicklow.

Beloved wife of the late Liam, loving mother of David and Louise, grandma of Claire, Liam, Taylor, Fiona and Stephen and great-grandma to Axel, Elyse, Charlie, Will and Finley. Kitty will be sadly missed by her son, daughter, grandchildren, sister Angela, brother Eamon, daughter-in-law Breidge, son-in-law Don, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at the PJ Keane Funeral Home, Cloonfad from 6 to 7 p.m. on Sunday evening. The funeral will be arriving at St. Patrick's Church, Cloonfad for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon on Monday. Burial afterwards in Cloonfad Cemetery.

THOMAS A. KING, WESTPORT

Thomas A (Tom) King, Carrowholly/Rosmoney, Westport. Peacefully at the University College Hospital Galway, following a short illness, surrounded by his family.

Predeceased by his mother Dr. Lelia Finnegan King, father Jim, brother Jimmy, sister Mary, uncle Tony and cousin James. Deeply mourned by his beloved wife Siobhan. Adored Dad to Jim, Tom and Tony. Tom will be sadly missed by his daughters-in-law Jenny & Aisling, Tom's partner Claire, grandchildren, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at McGing's Funeral Home, Westport (F28 RX58) on Tuesday from 5 with removal at 6:30 p.m. to St. Mary's Church, Westport. Requiem Mass on Wednesday morning at 11 a.m. with the funeral proceeding to Aughavale cemetery.

MARY ELIZABETH MCNAMARA, ACHILL

Mary Elizabeth McNamara, The Hedges, Keel West, Achill, peacefully at Mayo Hospice, in her 96th year.

She will be sadly missed by her loving family, nephew Michael, nieces, May, Mary, Noreen and Helen, grandnieces, grandnephews, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Lavelle's Funeral Home, Cashel, Achill, on Sunday evening fom 4 until 5.30 p.m. Removal to St Patrick's Church, Pollagh, arriving at 6 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection on Monday at 11 a.m. followed by burial in Slievemore Cemetery.

JOHN NEARY, BALLINA

John Neary of Hillcrest, Amana Estate, Ballina and formerly of McHale Road, Castlebar.

Predeceased by his parents John and Mamie. John (John Joe). Beloved husband of Mary and dear father of Carol. Sadly missed by his wife, daughter, sister Evelyn Tinsley (Dublin), brothers Oliver (U.K.), Eamonn (Athenry) and Padraic (Dublin), son-in-law David O’Malley, granddaughter Grace, mother-in-law Eilish Feeney (Athenry), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at McGowan's Funeral Home, Ballina, on Monday evening from 5 until 6:30 p.m. Funeral will arrive to St Muredach's Cathedral, Ballina, on Tuesday morning for Requiem Mass 11:30 a.m. followed by burial in Leigue Cemetery, Ballina.

GERTRUDE O'KENNEDY, CASTLEBAR

Gertrude (Gertie) Mary O’Kennedy (née Mongey). January 3, 2023, Michigan USA, late of Castlebar. Age 90.

Beloved wife of Daniel P. O’Kennedy (RIP). Loving mother of Padraig, Maura, Kevin, Eileen Dunlap and Sheila (RIP). Proud grandmother of Kristin Cajes, Kayla Doyle, Makenna Dunlap and great-grandmother of Ronan and Rayla. Many nieces and nephews. Predeceased in death by parents George and Josephine Mongey (Castebar), siblings Pat, Gabriel, Marie, Carmel, Lily, Joan, John, Christina, Eddie, Treasa. Beloved sister in law of Catherine Kennedyand Mary O’Brien.

Funeral Mass 10.30 a.m. Friday at St. Colette Catholic Church 17600 Newburgh Road, Livonia, MI 48152 with visitation at 10 a.m.

THOMAS RYAN, KILMAINE

Thomas (Tommy) Ryan, Knockroe, Gortjordan, Kilmaine.

Predeceased by his parents, Mark and Mary, his sisters, Josie, Annie, Peggy and Nellie and his nephew, Mark Murphy. Tommy will be sadly missed but most lovingly remembered by his nephew, John (Murphy) Kilmaine, his niece-in-law, Emily, his cousins and all other relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Kilmaine Community Centre (F31 RC95) on Monday evening, from 5 o'clock until 7 o'clock, followed by removal to St. Patrick's Church, Kilmaine (F31 A348). Mass of the Resurrection on Tuesday morning at 11o'clock, with funeral proceeding afterwards, to the New Cemetery, Kilmaine.

CHRIS CAULFIELD, BALLYHAUNIS

Chris (William) Caulfield, Devon Mews and formerly Pollnarooma West, Salthill, Galway and Ballyhaunis.

Much loved father of Paul, Diarmuid, Grainne, Deirdre, Brian and Loman. Predeceased by his beloved wife Breeda, parents William and Delia and brothers Padraig and Martin.

Predeceased by his parents Mary and Martin Garrett. Michael, beloved husband of Bridie and loving father of Mary Cusker (Meath), Michelle McCallum (Knockmore) and Sharon (Knockmore). Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, brothers John and Val, sisters Mary, Marcella (Moore), Peggy (Mangan) and Gorretti (Ward), grandchildren Gráinne, Méabh and Mia, sons-in-law David and T.J., brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

BARTLEY KENNY, AGHAMORE

Bartley Kenny, Acres, Aghamore, Ballyhaunis. Peacefully in Mayo University Hospital surrounded by his family.

Deeply regretted by his brothers Pat and Tom (Acres, Aghamore) and his sister Mary (Claremorris), nieces Marina, Aisling and Lisa, nephew Colin, grandniece Ava, Mary's partner Tommy and Marina's husband Derek, extended family, neighbours and friends.
