Reposing in Burke’s Funeral Home, Clonbur, on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. Arriving at Saint Mary of The Rosary Church, Cong, for Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11 a.m. with burial afterwards in Old Abbey Cemetery, Cong.

The death has occurred of James (Jimmy) Coyle of Clare Street, Ballina andformerly of Gailey, Knockcroghery, Co. Roscommon. Peacefully, at Mayo University Hospital.

DORIS DOHERTY, BALLINA

Doris Doherty, formerly of Marion Crescent, Ballina.

Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Catherine Doherty, her brothers Tom and Padraic, sister Nellie Robinson and step mother Margaret. Deeply regretted by her nephew John Doherty, Kathryn Brennan (Castlebar) and Eleanor Ormsby, relatives and all her friends in The Legion of Mary and Handmaids of Knock.

Reposing at McGowan's Funeral Home, Ballina on Saturday evening from 4:30 with removal at 6 p.m. to St. Muredach's Cathedral, Ballina. Requiem Mass on Sunday at 12:30 p.m. with funeral proceeding to Leigue Cemetery, Ballina.

MICHAEL GRIFFIN, CASTLEBAR

Michael (Mickey) Griffin, Aglish Estate Castlebar, and Lisnageeragh, Ballymoe, Co. Galway, suddenly, in Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar, with his family by his side.

Michael is sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his devoted sisters and brothers, Mary Hannon (Newbridge), Bridie Cooney (Tibohine), Catherine Geraghty (Williamstown), John-Martin (Ballymoe), James (Galway) and Ann Gunning (Ballymoe), his aunt Babe Griffin (Manchester), nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

Michael will repose at Flanagan’s Funeral Home, Ballymoe, on Thursday from 4 until 6 p.m. with removal to St. Croan’s Church, Ballymoe, for prayers at 6.30 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection on Friday at 11 a.m. with burial afterwards in Kilcroan Cemetery.

PHILIP LALLY, BELMULLET

Philip Lally (Phil), Nottingham, England and late of Church Road, Belmullet, unexpectedly but peacefully at his home in Beeston, Nottingham.

Phil will be received into the Church of the Assumption, Beeston, 25 Foster Avenue, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 1AE on Monday at 5 p.m. Requiem Mass on Tuesday morning, at 10 a.m. followed by burial in Beeston Cemetery, 276 Wollaton Road, Beeston, Nottingham.

WILLIAM GALVIN, BALLINA

William (Billy) Galvin, Castlecourt, Ballina. Peacefully at Mayo University Hospital.

Predeceased by his brothers Dennis and Gerry. William (Billy), beloved husband of Margaret and loving father of Marie (Boston), Billy (Ballina), Niall (Ballina) and Len (Ballina). Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter, sons, son-in-law Bill Gillis, daughter-in-law Marie, brothers Paddy, Jim (Killala), sister Mary Crosson (USA), grandchildren Leon, Abi and Ava, sister-in-law Rose, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Funeral will arrive to St. Muredach's Cathedral, Ballina Mass on Friday for Requiem Mass at 1:30 p.m. followed by removal on Saturday morning to Shannon Crematorium arriving for 1 p.m.

IMELDA KEADY, SHRULE

Imelda Keady (nee Walsh) of 4 the Sycamore, Main Street, Headford, Co. Galway and formerly of Dalgan Road, Shrule.

Predeceased by her daughter Charlotte, parents John and Rose Walsh, brother Johnny and her sister Mary. Sadly missed by her loving family, daughter Louise, sons John (JJ) and Justin, son-in-law Brian, daughter-in-law Carmel, grandchildren Joshua, Adam, Taylor, Rhiannon and Quentin, brother Pat, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Cradock's Funeral Home, Shrule on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. House private thereafter please. Funeral Mass on Friday at 12 noon at St. Joseph’s Church, Shrule followed by burial afterwards in Shrule Cemetery.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Annie (née Donohoe), sadly missed by his children Bryan (Castlebar), Tommy (Dooyork), Caroline (Dublin), Tisha (Bellacorrick), Paula (Belcarra), John (Watford) and Martin (Preston). Bernie will be missed by his sons-in-law John and Thomas, daughters-in-law Tracey, Angela and Tamara, his grandchildren, Eva, Lucy, Ciarán, Oisín, Liam, Tadhg, Nathan, Éirinn and Aitana, his sister Mary Teresa Doherty (London), his nieces, nephews and a large circle of family and friends.

Reposing at his family residence in Dooyork, on Thursday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday. Funeral will arrive at St. Colmcille Church, Geesala, at 8 p.m. on Friday.

Funeral Mass on Saturday at 12 noon, with burial afterward in Geesala Cemetery.
