Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Mary and his sisters and brothers. Deeply regretted by his life long partner Margaret, his sons P.J., Eddie, Billy and Michael, daughters Carla and Mary, grandchildren, great grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends
Patrick will be reposing in Gavin's Funeral Home, Knox Street, Ballyhaunis, on Monday evening from 5 o'clock until 7 o'clock
Funeral arriving to St. Patrick's Church, Ballyhaunis, on Tuesday morning for Funeral Mass at 11 o'clock with the funeral proceeding to the New Cemetery
DR. TIM GLAVEY, SWINFORD
Dr. Tim Glavey, Kilkelly Road and Chapel Street, Swinford. Peacefully surrounded by his loving family, in the excellent care of the staff of Mayo General Hospital.
Predeceased by his siblings Mai, Frank and Bernadette. Beloved by his wife Mags, daughter Sheila (Perth), sons Paul (Glasgow) Timmie (Galway) and Peter (Oranmore), son-in-law Patrick, daughters-in-law Lindsey, Elaine, and Louise, grandchildren Cassie, Culann, Finn, Aoibhinn, Donagh and Davin, sisters Della and Pauline, brother Jack, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews nieces, relatives and many friends.
Reposing in Campbell's Funeral Home, Swinford (F12 YE00), on Tuesday from 4 until 7 p.m. Tim's Funeral Mass will take place at 12 noon on Wednesday in The Church of Our Lady Help of Christians, Swinford, prior to burial in Kilconduff Cemetery.
SERENA CARNEY, SWINFORD
Serena Carney, New York and formerly of Gurteen, Straide. Died tragically in New York.
Predeceased by her parents Sean and Nancy Carney. Sadly missed by her heart broken family, sister Sharon, brothers John, Jason, Jamie, grandmother Jo, nephew Caelan, cousin Karyn, aunts Marian (Killawalla), Breda (Straide Road), Patricia (Keelogues), Carmel (Swinford) Marion,(England), Angela (Dublin), uncles Martin (Castlebar), Micheal (Claremorris) Gerry (Boyle), and extended family, cousins, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Coady’s Funeral Home, Castlebar on Friday evening between 4 and 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place at St Peter & Paul’s Church, Straide, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, followed by burial afterwards in Straide Cemetery.
FRANCES O'CALLAGHAN, PARTRY
Frances O’Callaghan (neé Walsh), Knockleanore, Partry, late of Manulla, peacefully with grace and dignity, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her dearest husband Jim, sisters Mary-Teresa (Totsie), Josephine and Philomena. Deeply regretted by her daughters Mary, Carmel and Orla; sons Pat and Seamus; sister Bernadette and brother Eddie; daughters-in-law Ann and Jenny; sons-in law Cathal and Eoin and her grandchildren Jim, Conor, Timothy, Sinéad, Clare, Stephen, Ciara, Emma, Emily and Kevin; nieces, nephews, neighbours and many good friends.
Reposing at Partry Community Centre on Monday from 5 with removal at 7 p.m. to St. Mary’s Church, Partry. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 11 a.m. with burial afterwards at Ballyovey Cemetery.
NELLIE SWEENEY, FOXFORD
Nellie Sweeney (née O’ Shea), Straide, Foxford and formerly Glenbeigh, Co. Kerry. Nellie passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, in Mayo Hospice.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Felix, her sister Mary, brothers Tim and Patrick. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughter Sharon, sons Paul and David, Daughters-in law Breda and Patricia, Son-in-law Mike, her dearly loved grandchildren, sister Esther, brother Michael, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and her good friends.
Reposing Monday from 4 to 6 p.m. in Straide Community Centre Requiem Mass at 12 noon Tuesday in St. Peter & Paul Church, Straide, followed by burial afterwards in Straide Cemetery.
