Cuileann Bourke had another great year in 2022.

Cuileann Bourke is no stranger to the awards arena, having won numerous titles down through the years.

Last year was no different as she won the All-Ireland junior women’s singles title in 60 x 30 in September after securing a silver medal in the All-Ireland junior 40 x 20 final earlier in the year.

As well as playing to a very high level, Cuileann is a very proud member of Belcarra Handball Club.

She currently holds the job of PRO and organises summer camps for children and also helps them with training if needed and when is available.

Cuileann's busy lifestyle is never an issue when it comes to helping others.

She will receive her award at The Connaught Telegraph Mayo Young Sports Stars of the Year 2022 ceremony this Friday in Breaffy House Resort, Castlebar.
