St. Mary’s Complex in Mayo's county town closed tomorrow

THE St. Mary’s Complex in Castlebar will be closed tomorrow (Friday).

The HSE issued the following statement this afternoon.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Community Healthcare West is informing staff and service users that on Friday, 14th April, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., the St. Mary’s Complex, Castlebar, will be closed.

This includes the following HSE buildings:

· St. Mary’s Building

· Community Stores

· Ambulance Administration

· Men’s Sheds

· The Rural Training Centre

· Castlebar Training Centre

Impacted services effected, which operate from these buildings include, European Health Card office, Audiology, Births Deaths Marriages, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Home Support Office and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.

All appointments arranged for services in these building on Friday 14th are being reorganised for an alternative location or rescheduled. The relevant service is contacting affected individuals.

The building will reopen for services as normal on Monday morning, April 17.

"We would like to apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause," the statement added.
