JOHN DUFFY, FOXFORD
John Duffy, 15 Riverside, Foxford and formerly of Duffy’s Corner House, Foxford
John will be dearly missed by his son Michael and daughter Tanya, his sisters Maura Murphy (Australia) and Evelyn Staunton (Foxford), his grandchildren, nephews, niece, in-laws, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of dear angling friends.
John will repose at Clarke's Funeral Home Foxford on Sunday evening from 5 to 6 p.m.
Removal on Monday morning to St. Michael's Church for Funeral Mass at 11 o’clock.
Burial takes place afterwards in Craggagh Cemetery.
SEAMUS LYNOTT, CROSSMOLINA
Seamus Lynott, Glenmore, Crossmolina.
Born in November 1942, Seamus was predeceased by his father and mother James and Bridget Lynott as well as his sisters Vera Murphy (NYC), Margaret Feeney (NYC), Kathleen Lynott (formerly of NYC), Nancy Hoban (Ballina) and Bridie Lynott (NYC).
He will be dearly missed by his loving wife Tess, his daughters Sheila (and Colm), Marion (and Chuck), Kathleen (and Conal) and Helen, as well as his sons Kevin (and Suzanne) and Seamus Jr. (and Lanchanie).
He will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Ciaran, Hannah, James, Amelia, Luke, Ailish and Amanthi.
Seamus will also be sadly missed by his sister Evelyn (and John Crehan), his brother-in-law Jim Feeney and his many nieces and nephews in the Crehan, Feeney, Murphy and Hoban families on both sides of the Atlantic.
His family, friends and neighbours will all miss him greatly and fondly remember the times they had together.
Reposing at Hiney's Funeral Home, Crossmolina (eircode F26 Dh95) on Sunday evening from 5 p.m. with removal at 7 p.m. to St. Cormac's Church, Moygownagh.
Requiem Mass will be held on Monday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.
DONAL MURPHY, KNOCKMORE
Donal Murphy (better known as Danny), Derrynamuck, Corroy, Knockmore, Ballina.
Danny was predeceased by his parents Dan and Annie, his brother Michael and sister Ann Marie.
Danny will be dearly missed by his brothers John James, Kevin, Pat, Gerry and Pascal, nephews, nieces, his two sister-in-laws, his neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
He will repose at Clarke's Funeral Home Foxford on Saturday from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock.
Funeral will arrive to St. Teresa’s Church, Rathduff, on Sunday morning for Funeral Mass at 10 o’clock.
Burial takes place afterwards in Cloghan's Cemetery.
THOMAS ATHY, STRAIDE
Thomas Athy, Gurranard, Straide, Foxford.
Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Mary, sister Nora and brother-in-law Michael Joe.
He is deeply mourned and sadly missed by his sister Margaret, his niece Stephanie, nephews TJ and Jason, brother-in-law Padraig, grandniece, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours, and friends.
Reposing at Kilcoyne’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street, Castlebar (F23 HT38) on Saturday evening from 4 o’clock with removal at 6 o’clock to the Church of St. Peter and Paul, Straide.
Requiem Mass on Sunday at 1 pm.
Thomas will be laid to rest in Straide Cemetery.
