Mostly dry to begin with scattered showers gradually developing during the day, some heavy and possibly thundery.

Top temperatures of 21 to 25 degrees Celsius, warmest in sunshine, all in a moderate east to south-east breeze.

National outlook is warm and humid, both by day and night with showers and thundery downpours in parts. Some mist and fog too.

Saturday night will be humid and very mild with scattered showers tracking northwards, some heavy and thundery with possible flooding. Some mist or fog setting in later too.

Lowest temperatures 14 to 16 degrees Celsius with just light southerly breezes.
