LONDIS retailers from every corner of the country, including Mayo, descended on the Armada Hotel in Co. Clare for the 2023 Londis Retailing Awards.

Recognising stores that excel across all areas of store performance, seven stores from Mayo picked up awards.

The Mayo stores to receive Londis Retailing Awards are:

Enda and Carmel Hiney’s Londis, Crossmolina; Gerry Casey’s Londis, Knockcroghery, Castlebar, and Londis Circular Road, Ballina; Patrick and Nora Cunningahm’s Londis, Abbey Street, Ballyhaunis; Casey Retail Group’s Londis, Balla; Alan Mulroy’s Londis, Moneen Roundabout, Castlebar Barcastle Service Station; and Sean Mulroy’s Londis, Breaffy Road, Castlebar.

Congratulating all retailers on the night, Conor Hayes, sales director, Londis, said: “These awards are recognition of the commitment and ambition demonstrated by these retailers to keep providing the highest level of service to their customers. Their focus on continually exceeding customer expectations is a testament to the hard work of their staff, for which they should be very proud.

“I want to congratulate all the Mayo retailers and their teams on this outstanding achievement.”
