Mayo student forges links with innovative US networking platform

Claremorris native Luke Gibbons currently a Fulbright Scholar at Harvard Law School, has unveiled the Ireland America Young Professionals Network (IAYPN).

A dynamic platform aimed at connecting and empowering young professionals from Ireland and the United States.

Founded on the principles of connectivity, collaboration, and career advancement, IAYPN is set to become an invaluable resource for professionals seeking meaningful connections, insightful guidance, and cross-continental opportunities.

Within days of its soft launch, IAYPN has already garnered an impressive membership base of over one hundred enthusiastic young professionals. This rapid growth underscores the network's potential to bridge the Atlantic Ocean, uniting individuals across borders in pursuit of personal and professional growth.

IAYPN's primary mission is to empower its members by offering access to a diverse and supportive community of like-minded individuals. The network actively encourages personal and professional development and seeks to promote cultural exchange, strengthening the bonds between Ireland and America.

One of IAYPN's standout goals is to provide essential support to Irish professionals relocating to and living in the United States. It aims to consolidate key resources and create a professional and personal community to ease their transition into a new country.

Luke Gibbons, the visionary founder of IAYPN, expressed his enthusiasm for the network's potential impact, stating, "We are excited to bring together young professionals from Ireland and America to foster connections and facilitate growth. It is important for younger generations to continue the great tradition of the special relationship between Ireland and the United States. We believe that by working together, we can achieve great things, both professionally and personally.”
