Evelyn Bourke (née Ward), Kinvara Road, Navan Road and formerly of Cloghans, Ballina.

Beloved wife of the late Patrick. Evelyn will be very sadly missed by her loving daughters and sons, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters Josephine and Kathleen, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Funeral Mass on Thursday morning at 10 a.m., followed by burial in Confey Cemetery, Leixlip.

SR. SERAPHINA HYNES, BALLINA

Sr. Seraphina Hynes, Stella Maria, Rosary Lane, Taylor’s Hill, Galway and Carron, Co. Clare, late of the Mercy Convents in Ballina and Stella Maria.

Predeceased by her sisters Sr. Kathleen and Sr. Perpetuo, her brothers Miko and Brother .Tom, sisters-in-law Catherine and Philomena and niece Brigid.

Deeply regretted by her sister, Sr. Theresa (Mercy Trim), brother Paddy (Carron), nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, extended family, friends and Sisters of Mercy, Western Province.

Removal on Thursday, October 5, to Christ the King Church, Salthill for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the Mercy plot, Rahoon Cemetery.

MARY MITCHELL, AGHAMORE

Mary Mitchell (née Regan), Treanboy, Ballymoe, County Galway and formerly of Aughamore, Ballyhaunis.

Predeceased by her husband Jimmy, sister Monica and brother Martin.

Sadly missed and remembered by her daughter Marian (Nally), son-in-law Marty, grandchildren Laura, Aisling and Dermot, nieces, nephews, relatives, good neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Flanagans Funeral Home, Ballymoe this Thursday evening, October 5, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. followed by removal to St. Croan's Church, Ballymoe to arrive at 7.30 p.m.

Funeral Mass on Friday, October 6 at 12 noon followed by burial in Kilcroan Cemetery.

EDDIE MITCHELL, IRISHTOWN

Eddie Mitchell, Rockfort, Irishtown.

Eddie is predeceased by his wife Delia Mitchell (nee Flanagan), and is mourned by his sons John, Michael and Aiden, daughters-in-law Mary, Helena and Pam, grandchildren Lee, Lauren and Evan, brother Johnny Mitchell, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Carey's Funeral Home Ballindine on Wednesday evening, October 4, from 5.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.

Eddie's remains will arrive to the Church of the Holy Family Irishtown on Thursday morning, October 5, for Funeral mass at 11 a.m.

Burial afterwards in Irishtown Cemetery.

MARIE MORAN, BALLINA

Marie Moran (née Timlin), "St. Josephs", Sligo Road and late of Farnascullogue, Ballina.

Predeceased by her husband Frank, sister Eileen and brother Joe.

Marie, beloved mother of Paul, Greg, Simon and Rachel.

Sadly, missed by her sons, daughter, son-in-law Alan, daughters-in-law Fiona and Ciara, grandchildren Sam, Nathan, Louis, Jack, Tom and Barry, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at McGowan's Funeral Home, Ballina on Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m.

Funeral will arrive to St. Muredach’s Cathedral, Ballina, on Thursday morning for Requiem Mass at 11:30am followed by burial in Leigue Cemetery, Ballina.

DESMOND MURRAY, CROSSMOLINA

Desmond (Dessie) Murray, late of Mervue, Co. Galway and formerly Crossmolina.

Predeceased by his parents, Annie and John, his son baby Desmond, brothers Paddy, Jimmy, Johnny and his sister Agnes.

Deeply missed by his wife Angela, brother Billy and sister Kathleen, sons Ray and Darrin, daughters Cilla, Trisha, Teeda, Mary, Lorraine, Angela.

Daughters-in-law and sons-in-law, his beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law, neighbours and friends.

Dessie lived out his last year with the home care of his beloved family. He was active in all activities and reciprocated the love and respect he was shown by all who cared for him especially his friend and carer Bryan.

Reposing in The Holy Family Funeral Home, Mervue, in the grounds of The Church of The Holy Family, Mervue, on Thursday, October 5 from 5 p.m.

Removal at 6:30 p.m. to the adjoining church. Requiem Mass will take place on Friday, October 6, at 11 a.m.

Funeral afterwards to Rahoon Cemetery.

DONALD ANDERS MCARTHUR, CASTLEBAR

Donald Anders McArthur, 31 Rowan Drive, Castlebar and formerly of Dunoon, Scotland.

Dearly loved husband of Mary (née O’Connor) and loving father of Donna, John, Glen, Catherine, Scot and Kelly. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, family circle, relatives and friends.

Private committal service took place at Shannon Crematorium.
