Investment planned at popular west Mayo bar and restaurant

The proprietors of Nevin's Newfield Inn, Tiernaur, Mulranny, are planning further investment in their popular bar and restaurant.

John and Anne Nevin are seeking the go-ahead for alternations and an extension to the establishment.

Works will include extending the kitchen area and the construction of a new external store to the rear.

A planning application is being submitted to Mayo County Council for consideration.
