Mayo's St. Colman's College launch new online lotto fundraiser

SAINT Colman's College is embarking on a new online lotto fundraising initiative to raise vital funds for various areas in the school. The funds will directly support students' education as well as providing sports equipment and bus transport to and from sporting and extra-curricular events.

There has always been wonderful support from the Claremorris community for St. Colman's College and the school hope families and friends, past pupils and local businesses and anyone who has any association with the college will get on board to support this fundraising venture.

The lotto is simple to join - just scan the QR code which is on the school website www.stcolmans.ie and on their social media sites (Facebook and Instagram), and also below, and follow the few simple steps.

You can purchase one line for €2.50, two lines for €4 or three lines for €5 per week. Once you join you are automatically included in every draw, which take place every Thursday evening at 8 p.m. Winners will be contacted by the school on Friday morning. The jackpot will increase every week until it is won.

The first draw takes place on Thursday, November 30, there will be a number of spot prizes to give away on the first night too.

The school is encouraging everyone to spread the word about the lotto - especially among family, friends and past pupils who are not living locally at the moment. This is a great opportunity for them to support the school and to keep St. Colman's College providing a first-class education for the young men of Claremorris and its hinterland.
