Proposal to establish a dog run in Mayo

A call has been issued for a dog run to be established in Mayo.

Councillor Donna Sheridan has requested that a feasibility study be conducted on developing a dog run in Castlebar.

The matter is down for debate at next Wednesday's meeting of Castlebar Municipal District.

A number of towns across the country have such a facility in place and they are very popular with dog owners.
