Mayo Young Sports Stars: Marauding full-back had a standout season for Celtic

As Castlebar Celtic took the local soccer scene by storm last year, winning the Super League in incredible fashion and retaining the Under 21 Division 1 title to boot, Mark Cunningham was a driving force from the right-back position.

An accomplished defender, Mark can also get forward to give extra impetus to Celtic's attacking play.

And in addition to excelling for Celtic, Mark had time to help Castlebar Mitchels senior and Under 21 teams win titles in 2023.

However, it is for his undoubted ability on the soccer pitch that he is being recognised this time at The Connaught Telegraph Mayo Young Sports Stars Awards.
