Mayo islands to host Kathleen Conneely memorial walks for hospice

THE 2024 Kathleen Conneely memorial charity walks in support of Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation will take place on Clare Island on Saturday, June 22, and on Inishturk on Saturday, July 6.

Entry for each walk is by making a donation of €50 per person or by raising a minimum €50 per person in sponsorship for Mayo Roscommon Hospice via sponsorship card or online. This includes free bus transfer from Balla, Castlebar or Westport if required and free ferry crossing.

For detailed information on both islands, see www.clareisland.ie and www.inishturkisland.com.

For details on each walk please contact organisers Pat Conneely (087 2931960) or Joe Brett (087 2338570) or email kathleenconneelywalks@gmail.com. It is essential to notify the organisers of your intention to participate in either walk at least one week in advance.

All funds raised will go to support palliative care services in Mayo and Roscommon.

They are asking as many people as possible in Mayo and Roscommon to support the 2024 Kathleen Conneely memorial charity walks - it will be greatly appreciated.
