Judge for ladies' day at Mayo racecourse announced

Ballinrobe Racecourse has announce the appointment of award-winning make-up artist and fashion influencer Hayley Coleman as the judge for the Ballinrobe Racecourse Ladies Day, hosted in partnership with The Lodge at Ashford Castle.

The Lodge at Ashford Castle Ladies Day has become synonymous with elegance, glamour and style, drawing attendees from far and wide. Now in its third year, the event will take place on Monday, June 24.

The winner of The Lodge at Ashford Castle Ladies Day will receive a luxurious prize package, including a two-night stay in a stunning Lakeview Suite at The Lodge at Ashford Castle, complete with breakfast and a dinner for two at Wilde’s Restaurant. Additionally, they will be awarded a €1,000 cash prize. Furthermore, four deserving runners-up will be treated to a delightful dinner for two at Wilde’s Restaurant, courtesy of The Lodge at Ashford Castle.

Hayley Coleman brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as judge, having previously adjudicated other ladies day events around the country. Her passion for fashion and beauty coupled with her keen eye for style makes her the perfect fit for this esteemed position.

Reflecting on her appointment, Hayley expressed great excitement: “I am absolutely thrilled to be confirmed as this year's judge for The Lodge at Ashford Castle Ladies Day at Ballinrobe Racecourse. Ballinrobe is my local track, making the announcement extra special.

“It is a fantastic race meeting, bringing glamour and style to one of the year's racing highlights, and I am honoured to be part of it.”

The first of a seven-race Flat card goes to post at 5.15 p.m. on the day featuring The EBF Fillies Handicap and The EBF Median Auction Maiden of €20,000. There will be live music by popular band Streetwise in the Mask Pavilion after racing.
