Temporary Mayo dual carriageway closure for verge cutting

MAYO County Council has published notice of its intention to temporarily close the N5 dual carriageway for a period of up to five nights (between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m.) during the window of May 27 to June 7 to facilitate grass cutting to verges.

Advance notification of the start date will be provided.

Roads will be opened early if works are complete early.

Diversions will be in place during the works. Emergency access will be maintained.
