Referee for Mayo v Derry clash announced

Kildare’s Brendan Cawley has been confirmed as referee for Mayo’s meeting with Derry on Saturday in the preliminary quarter-final of the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship.

Throw in in Hastings Insurance MacHale Park will be at 6:30 p.m.

Brendan Cawley has refereed a number of high profile Mayo games in recent years, including last year’s Division 1 Final win over Galway.
