Three Mayo golfers in inter-provincial action

Three Mayo players are taking part in the women’s inter-provincial golfing championship taking place this week at the Slieve Russell .

They are Shannon Burke (Ballinrobe), Ellen Lonergan (Westport) and Sarah Prendergast (Castlebar), all members of the Connaught squad.

The team is captained by Enda Lonergan (Westport) and the manager is Jacqui McGrath (Tuam)
