Families invited to join Mayo cemetery clean-up project

A clean-up of the New Cemetery at Newpport Road, Castlebar, is taking place tomorrow (Monday) evening, starting at 5.30 p.m.

Organised by the local Community Clean-Up Group, local families are invited to join the team in making the area spic-and-span.

Some works have already been undertaken at the graveyard by group members.

But they would welcome extra help in completing the work.

The group will have tools available for volunteers.

Everybody is welcome.

It should take no longer than an hour and a half.
