Efforts underway to revive east Mayo tennis club

MOVES are underway to revive Swinford Tennis Club.

A meeting to revive the club will take place in Mellett's Emporium on Tuesday next, July 23, at 8 p.m.

Success on reviving the club depends on turn out and everyone is being encouraged to come along.

Mayo County Council has recently powerhosed the courts and bringing the club back into action would be a great boost to the local sports offering.
