“We are looking forward to working with Mayo GAA as this is an exciting new partnership that we started last year. Community, culture and supporting locals is at the heart of what we do. Mayo Credit Unions and Mayo GAA share many of the same values. The local GAA club and the local credit union are both rooted in the heart of the community, so we believe this to be a great partnership.”

In total, over 20 club games will be streamed live on Mayo GAA TV again this year, featuring action from the senior, intermediate and junior championships. The enhanced schedule will also see games streamed live on Friday evenings, with the Mayo GAA junior club championship commencing on the weekend of August 10/11.

Mayo GAA have also confirmed that the Abbvie Division 1 league final between Westport and Castlebar Mitchels on Saturday, August 3, and the Abbvie Division 2 league final between Crossmolina Deel Rovers and Ardnaree Sarsfields on Sunday, August 4, will also be streamed live on Mayo GAA TV.

Mayo GAA PRO John Walker said that having Mayo Credit Unions as a key partner this year would further bolster the live streaming service.

“We are always looking at ways to improve the service and this season we will have more games, more expert analysis and much more interaction with our audience. We appreciate and understand that some people cannot attend games, and Mayo GAA TV provides a vital link with the local clubs and communities at home and abroad,” he stated.
