Mayo GAA star ties the knot in the Kingdom today

Kristin McKenzie Vass and Mayo legend Aidan O’Shea are celebrating their vows today in county Kerry with several GAA stars set to be in attendance.

According to Aidan, his other half didn’t suspect a thing when it came to him getting down on one knee last year.

The Breaffy marksman celebrated earlier in the season, overtaking Tyrone’s Sean Cavanagh as the Gaelic footballer with the most amount of inter-county appearances.

On Wednesday evening Kristin shared a photo of the two embracing, with Aidan wrapping his arms around her and kissing her cheek, with the caption "It’s nearly time", and a ring emoji.
