Status Yellow rain warning for Mayo

MET Éireann has issued a Status Yellow rain warning for Ireland, including Mayo.

It comes into effect from 10 p.m. tonight (Sunday) until 8 a.m. Monday.

A band of heavy rain will be moving eastwards across the country on Sunday night and Monday morning, with thundery downpours possible.

Potential impacts include localised flooding, difficult travelling conditions and poor visibility.
