Mayo parish celebrates a brilliant world title success

The central Mayo village of Belcarra is abuzz today.

That's because Cuileann Bourke of Belcarra Handball Club and her partner Cailiosa Ni Dhuill (Armagh) captured the ladies double title at the World Wallball Games in the University of Limerick.

Congratulating the duo, a post on the Belcarra Handball Club Facebook page said: "Brilliant game girls and a great achievement.

"All the hard work and dedication to the game has paid off.....Everyone in the club is super proud of ye."
