Do Not Swim notice issue for popular Mayo bathing spot

A Do Not Swim notice has been issued for The Point in Westport.

It came into effect yesterday (Wednesday) and will remain in place until further notice.

Mayo County Council has advised that all other prior warning notices issued for the county on August 22 are now removed.
