Mayo sisters shine at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann

Sisters Molly and Hannah Pittendrigh from Mayo achieved outstanding success at the Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann in Wexford earlier this month, bringing home four All-Ireland titles.

17 year-old Molly secured three first-place awards in the categories of flute, flute airs, and whistle.

Her younger sister, fourteen-year-old Hannah, also excelled, winning first place in the whistle category and third in whistle airs.

Additionally, Hannah qualified for the All-Ireland on fiddle, further demonstrating the family’s musical talent.
