Social housing and recreational facilities in pipeline for Lahardane

NINETEEN social houses are being proposed for Lahardane.

Plans for the project are being published this week.

It involves the construction of 16 new homes and developing three units in the former McHale's shop.

Mayo County Council is also to hold discussions with the local community about developing a recreational/play facility.
