Achill greenway short-listed for Sustainable Transport Award

THE Achill greenway has been short-listed for the Sustainable Transport Award at Ireland’s Climate Change Leadership Awards, Achill Tourism has announced.

This recognition highlights Mayo County Council's commitment to eco-friendly travel and promoting Achill as a sustainable tourism destination.

Winners will be announced in mid-November.

Achill Tourism has extended thanks to everyone who supports the greenway, and Mayo County Council and their efforts to protect the environment while showcasing Achill’s natural beauty.
