ANN NORRIS, BALLA

Ann Norris (neè Walsh), Glebe Farm, Moville and formerly of Balla.

Predeceased by her parents Ned and Bridgie Walsh and her sister Kathleen Jennings.

Beloved wife of Billy and much loved mother of William (Claire), Tommy, Edward (Melissa) and Cathy (Karol).

Devoted grandmother of Billy, Amy, Jamie, Ben, Lucy, Teddy, Conor, Liam and Brigid.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sisters Maura and Margaret, her brothers Tommy, Lar, Eamon, Stephen and Jimmy, nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Ann's remains are now reposing at her home, Wake is strictly private to family and close friends only.

Funeral from there on Sunday at 12.20 for 1 p.m. Funeral Mass in St Pius X Church, Moville, followed by private cremation in Lakeland's Crematorium, Cavan.

DOROTHY PARKE, TURLOUGH

Dorothy Parke (née McGreal), Riverstown, Sligo, and Turlough, Castlebar.

Predeceased by her parents, James and Jeanetta McGreal, sister Lily Petrie (Rosserk), brother-in-law Robert Neill (Turlough), grandson Baby Joshua Parke.

Dorothy will be sadly missed by her beloved husband Roy, sons Ivor, Wesley and Jeffrey, daughters Priscilla (Australia) and Edel (England), sister Netta Neill (Turlough), daughters-in-law, Brenda, Denise and Muireann, sons-in-law, Paul and Steve, her cherished grandchildren Jamie, Ryan, Matthew, Nicole, Naomi, Fiadh, Saoirse, Chloe and Cillian, sister-in-law Iris Barlow and her husband Frank, brother-in-law Ivan Petrie, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Dorothy will be reposing at her residence in Riverstown, Co. Sligo, on Sunday from 2 until 8 p.m.

Funeral service will take place at Taunagh Parish Church, Riverstown, on Monday at 1 p.m.

Burial afterwards in Ballyrush Cemetery.

JOE LAVELLE, BELMULLET

Joseph ‘Joe’ Lavelle, Manchester and formerly of Carne, Belmullet.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Mary, parents Molly and Tony and brother Paddy.

Joe will be sadly missed by his only son Barry and daughters Sandra, Joanne and Shannon.

He will be lovingly remembered by his adored grandchildren, sisters Mary-Jo (Balla), Breda (Castlebar), Martina (Cork) and Olive (Manchester), brothers Martin and Peter (Belmullet), nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, October 11, at 10 a.m. at St. Mary of the Angels and St Clare RC Church, Elbow Street, Levenshulme, Manchester, M19 3PY with burial afterwards in Southern Cemetery, 212 Barlow Moor Road, Manchester, M21 7GL.

Month’s Mind Mass will be held Sunday, October 27, at 10.30 Q.M. at St Joseph’s Church, Binghamstown, Belmullet.

PHILOMENA LAVELLE, CASTLEBAR

Philomena Lavelle, late of Castlebar and Dundalk.

She died peacefully in Our Lady Of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Annie, brothers Paddy, John, Willie, and sister Mary.

Sadly missed by her sisters Anne, Margaret, Angela and all her family and friends.

Funeral Mass on Saturday morning at 11 a.m. in St. Patrick's Church, Trim, Co. Meath. Burial afterwards in St. Loman's Cemetery, Trim.

EILEEN CANAVAN, BELMULLET

Eileen Canavan (née Keating), Baile an Dónalláin, Spiddal, Co. Galway and formerly of Bellmullet.

Eileen will be forever and lovingly remembered by her beloved husband Frank, daughter Karen and partner Russell, son Kevin, sisters Mary, Sadie, Bridget, Annie, Winfred, Kathleen, her sister-in-law Eilish and all family and friends, for which there are so many, but no lesser thought of.

Reposing at her family home in Baile an Dónalláin, Spiddal, this evening from 3 to 7 p.m.

Requiem Mass for Eileen on Saturday morning at 10.30 a.m. in Cille Éinde Church, Spiddal, with burial afterwards to Kellough Cemetery
