Damage to landscaping at Mayo county town roundabout

LANDSCAPING at a roundabout in Castlebar has been damaged.

It appears that a car mounted the roundabout, near Davitt College/LIDL, and destroyed quite a number of flowers and plants.

Soil and uprooted plants were strewn on the roadway beside the roundabout this morning.

Castlebar Tidy Towns has appealed for anyone who has any information as to who was responsible to contact the gardaí or any member of Castlebar Tidy Towns.
