Mayo to face Sligo in 2025 Connacht SFC quarterfinal

Mayo have been drawn against Sligo in the quarterfinal of the 2025 Connacht Senior Football Championship, with Leitrim awaiting the victors at the semi-final stage.

The draw was made today live on RTÉ Radio 1 as part of the Saturday Sport programme.

Elsewhere, the winners of New York versus Galway's clash will take on whoever prevails in London's game against Roscommon in the second Connacht semi-final.

In Ulster, All-Ireland champions Armagh will face Antrim in the quarterfinals, while an intriguing preliminary round clash features provincial champions Donegal against Derry, with the winners set to tussle with Monaghan. The other quarterfinals see Tyrone face Cavan and Fermanagh take on Down.

Munster champions Kerry will face the winners of Limerick and Cork, who meet in the quarterfinal, while Waterford were drawn against Tipperary, with the winners advancing to a semi-final against Clare.

Leinster standard bearers Dublin will meet the winners of Wicklow and Longford in the last eight of the province. Two other first round matches feature Wexford and Laois, while Carlow are set to do battle against Meath. The last eight line-up is: Offaly v Carlow/Meath, Dublin v Wicklow/Longford, Kildare v Westmeath, Louth v Wexford/Laois.
