West Mayo needs Dublin Airport bus service

A west Mayo councillor is unhappy that the area has no City Link bus service to Dublin Airport.

Instead, passengers have to go to the bus stop in Castlebar, a stop which he described as ‘not fit for purpose’.

Speaking at the monthly meeting of Mayo County Council, Councillor Brendan Mulroy has asked why a service cannot be provided out of Westport and the west Mayo area to service passengers catching flights in Dublin.

It was disappointing.
