Mayo business shortlisted for 2024 Business & Finance Awards
MAYO business Portwest has been shortlisted for the 2024 Business & Finance Awards.
This is the 50th anniversary of the awards, which will take place on December 5 at the Convention Centre, Dublin, bringing together the most influential figures in Irish and global business.
The Business & Finance Awards Programme has a rich history of recognising the outstanding achievements of visionary leaders whose contributions have had a profound impact on their industries. This year's milestone ceremony will continue to celebrate excellence and showcase the transformative leadership driving economic progress.
This year’s shortlist features prominent companies and individuals that are shaping the future of Irish business. Notable names include Aimee Connolly, founder of Sculpted by Aimee, nominated in the Business Person of the Year category, alongside key companies such as Glanbia, Westport-based Portwest, and Musgrave in the Company of the Year category.
Harry Hughes of Portwest is also a nominee for the Business Person of the Year award.
