Celebrating advanced nursing practice at Mayo University Hospital
Advanced nursing practice has been celebrated at Mayo University Hospital, with tribute paid to staff at the facility for their contribution to healthcare in the county.
Said Dr. Pádraig Ó Lúanaigh, Director of Nursing at Mayo University Hospital: “During National Nurse Practitioner Week, we celebrate the incredible impact of nurse and midwife practitioners at Mayo University Hospital.
"These highly trained professionals are not only registered nurses or midwives but also have Masters level education that empower them to provide exceptional patient care.
