Major progress on Mayo yoga studio, coffee shop and housing units

The construction of a new commercial and housing project at Knockthomas, Turlough Road, Castlebar, is progressing at a steady pace.

When completed, the building will consist of a 218 square metre yoga studio and a coffee shop.

Included in the investment, by developer Albert Dravins, are a number of three-storey and two-storey housing units, car parking and landscaping which completely transform the location.

The development has involved the demolition of a derelict house and outbuilding at the location.
