Status Yellow snow/ice warning for Mayo

A Status Yellow snow/ice warning will in effect in Mayo from 5 p.m. today (Saturday) until 5 p.m. on Sunday.

Falls of sleet and snow with snowfall accumulations are expected, with hazardous travelling conditions, poor visibility and possible travel disruption.

Mayo County Council has urged members of the public to please exercise caution.
