Consultation open on new strategic arts plan for Mayo

WORK has commenced on the development of a new five-year strategic arts plan for Mayo.

The plan is being informed through consultation, with the views of those involved and interested in the development of the arts in Mayo being actively sought by Mayo County Council.

If you wish to contribute, you can do so in the following ways:

Complete the Arts Plan Survey – https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MayoArtsPlan2025-2030.

Send a written submission to Arts Service, Mayo County Council, Mayo House, Moneen, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, or send an email submission to mayoarts@mayococo.ie.

A number of public workshops are also taking place, as follows:

Ballina Arts Centre - January 20 at 7 p.m.

Linenhall Arts Centre - January 21 at 7 p.m.

Online - January 29 at 6 p.m. (please request link from mayoarts@mayococo.ie).
