Funeral of Mayo teenager who died in road collision

The funeral arrangements have been announced for the Mayo teenager who died in a road collision at Keel, Achill, last Monday.

The remains of Luca Callaghan, Owenduff, Achill, will be reposing at Sweeney’s Funeral Home, Achill Sound, on Thursday evening from 4 until 7 p.m.

Removal from his home in Owenduff takes place on Friday morning at 9.45 a.m. to the Church of Mary Immaculate, Achill Sound for Mass at 10.15 a.m.

Burial will follow in Polranny Cemetery.

He is deeply regretted by his heartbroken parents Darren and Fidelma, brothers Ciaran, Cody, Rhys and Dean, Grandmother Phillis Moran, uncles, aunts, grand-uncles and aunts, cousins, relatives and friends, to whom deepest sympathy is tendered.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.
