No reprieve from wind and rain as Mayo reels from storm impact

Blustery afternoon ahead as repair teams attempt to get to grips with “unprecedented” storm damage.

It will be a blustery day tomorrow with further spells of rain or showers, possibly heavy at times.

There'll be some dry and bright spells too, mainly in the afternoon.

Fresh and gusty southerly winds will ease and become variable for a time and will then become fresh to strong north westerly during the evening.

Highs of 7 to 9 degrees.

Rain or showers at times. Some decent dry spells also, mainly towards the end of the week.

On Monday night showery outbreaks of rain will continue but will become mostly confined to the northwest by morning.

Lowest temperatures of 2 to 6 degrees With fresh to strong and gusty northwesterly winds.
