Probe imminent into incident after Mayo v Galway GAA clash

A GAA investigation is imminent after a supporter allegedly confronted the match referee after yesterday's Allianz National Football League clash between Mayo and Galway at Hastings Insurance McHale Park.

It is reported that footage shows a person running towards and appearing to shove Cavan official Noel Mooney.

The understanding of the Mayo County Board is that the incident will be included in the referee's report.
