A dull day to dominate across much of Mayo on Thursday

Tomorrow will be mostly cloudy with mist and hill fog, according to the latest forecast.

THURSDAY, MARCH 6

It will start largely dry apart from a few spots of drizzle.

Later in the day rain will move in from the west.

It will continue breezy with a moderate to fresh southerly wind and highest temperatures of 10 to 13 degrees.

Rain or showers at first but improving through the weekend.

Mild for the time of year, with temperatures a little above average.

THURSDAY NIGHT

Outbreaks of rain will move eastwards and will be followed by drier weather and occasional breaks in the cloud. Lowest temperatures of 2 to 9 degrees, staying highest under cloudier skies in the southeast. Areas of mist and fog will develop as winds become light and variable.
